What symptoms were you experiencing?
Restless legs, cramping, no sleep.
How were you affected by your legs previously? What couldn't you do? How has that changed now?
I couldn't sit and watch TV for very long before I would need to stand up and either walk off the restlessness or a cramp. I could not get a good night's sleep even with medication. Now – I'm sleeping like a baby. No restlessness or cramping.
What improvements have you seen in your legs?
Not as heavy or tired. Restlessness is gone. No cramping. Able to sleep.

The staff was very much appreciated because any question I had, they were able to answer, from Billing to Scheduling to the problems I was having with my legs. I really appreciated the fact when Dr. Gupta called me himself to discuss one of my concerns, instead of me driving for an hour & a half to get the answer needed. Differences between this clinic from others is the helpfulness and kindness. The #1 thing I appreciated most of all, was when my brother passed away and you were so thoughtful and sent flowers to me. That will always be cherished..

What made you choose us?

What symptoms were you experiencing?
Blood clotting in leg veins.
How were you affected by your legs previously? What couldn't you do? How has that changed now?
Restless legs in the evening, painful muscle cramps in right calf and foot a couple of times per month. [After treatment] as of 3 weeks out, no problems with either issue.
What improvements have you seen in your legs?
Well, they both look a lot better! I'm thinking about becoming a middle-aged male leg model next summer.

It was nice to feel like everyone at the clinic knew me and cared how things turned out for me. No suggestions for improvement, other than hiring smaller "mosquitos".

What made you choose us?
The information clinic that I attended one Saturday answered most of my questions. I appreciated the time they gave us.
What symptoms were you experiencing?
Swelling in the ankles, discoloration at the back of the left leg. Pain at that area. Legs hurting when elevated. I had to move them to get them comfortable.
How were you affected by your legs previously? What couldn't you do? How has that changed now?
Legs hurt when I elevated them at night. But now they don't. Swelling has gone down.
What improvements have you seen in your legs?
Swelling in the ankles has gone down.

I appreciated the whole experience. I brought my sister-in-law because she wanted to help me. She has been through the same thing at a KC facility. She said Dr. Gupta & the staff were much more informative than her team in K.C. She learned a lot just being with me. I also noticed from the first visit that the Alsara Vein Clinic is so clean and welcoming. I appreciate all of you!

Constant pain & redness. Could not sleep or function at work. [After treatment:] It is a miracle – no pain and color is coming back!

Ulcer has healed & the pain is gone. Color is getting better.

The Doctor & staff have a great personal touch and they really care about the patients. It is one of the best clinics I have ever been to. I highly recommend them. Thank you sooo much.

The thing I most appreciated was your patience in meeting my treatment needs. You were very focused on using several steps in solving the issue with my legs. The whole experience took some time to fix my legs but very satisfied that I didn't feel rushed to complete the solution. I wouldn't change a thing within the clinic – Keep doing what you are doing. I have referred other people from Chillicothe to your clinic.

Legs had been swollen for years, couldn't walk much; skin so tight couldn't move knees or ankles. [After treatment] swelling is gone, wounds healed, able to bend knees & flex ankles – walking better.
