What made you choose us?

Booth at Josephine [Expo]. Talked with Dr. [Gupta] and staff, felt very comfortable.

What symptoms were you experiencing?

Lots of leg cramps, restless legs.

How were you affected by your legs previously? What couldn't you do? How has that changed now?

Very tired after a day at work. I stand or walk all day on my job. Leg cramps (bad). Restless legs at night.

What improvements have you seen in your legs?

Very few leg cramps. No more restless legs.

You are doing a wonderful job. Everyone that works here is so nice. I love coming here. I always feel so welcome. Can not see that you need to change a thing.
