- It was an excellent experience for me. I was nervous about the procedure & everyone was so kind. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. There is nothing that I can see you need to improve on. You are all a very kind and caring bunch. The best part is when Kati & others served me coffee. That touches your heart . I recommend you to anyone that needs their veins taken care of.
