Doctor referral.

What symptoms were you experiencing?

Restless legs, feeling of tightness in feet, feeling of figure-8 problems ankle & foot.

How were you affected by your legs previously? What couldn't you do? How has that changed now?

Pain, numbness, tight feeling. Kept to normal routine only by wearing support stockings occasionally.

What improvements have you seen in your legs?

Less restless legs.
