While watching the July 4th fireworks, I felt a strange sense of joy and exhilaration… like a kid! I am a huge fan of history. I couldn't help but wonder if the founders of the Nation ever thought that someday this would be a great nation, an epitome of opportunity. It is more likely that they were fighting for freedom to live their lives as they desired and ensure that the same opportunity was available to their children.
